
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days to return it.
If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Sale items
Refunds can only be made for items that were purchased at regular price (and not on sale). Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.
exchange
An exchange of goods will only take place if the item was purchased defective or damaged. If you need to trade it in for the same item, email us at nelsen.mono@gmail.com for approval.
shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you're shipping an item over $ 25, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
