Standard operation

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CET Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Weekend orders are processed within 48 hours the next working day. Shipping estimate depends on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. We offer DHL standard and express shipping. Express shipping does NOT mean 24 hour shipping but is a faster option. Regardless of which shipping method you choose, we will continue to process and ship orders in the period specified above. We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for charges related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Shipments during holiday periods (due to high order volume) may take up to 36 hours after placement if posted before 2:00 p.m. CET Monday through Friday.
